Just curious the point of the orange wire, some places say splice it with power, other's say leave it out. I'm reading it's a TDC signal sensor, i'm confused. I have it spliced with my power and it seems to be working fine, but while i was doing it, i was thinking "Why do i splice these two together?"

Also, i've read the recommended setting for "Sensor In and Out" is 6 in 6 out, but what exactly is this doing? My readings for it are slightly in vacuum when the car isn't even running, just the key rolled over, if i make it 7 in and out i believe it was, it went slightly positive...
