Default will a A6 Dizzy for a Y7 head, work

I blew my motor and have a chance to pick up a cheap y7 will the dizzy fit and are all the wires the same if Im staying obd-0 so I can just put the A6 harness with the y7 engine.

yea I know im going obd-0 but will i need a different dizzy i dont want to modify anything

u can use the y7 just run it obd0 and ur dizzy will work but u have to cut the post off one side so it dotn hit the temp sensor and i believe u can only use one bolt to hold it in (the top one)

Are you sure about that? you may be thinking about the d16z6 engine....

The A6 dizzy bolts up to the Y7 head....Also you should reuse the A6 intake manifold cause the Y7 manifold just plain sucks and looks ugly to .....

also the fan switch is different and in a different location so you'll have to cut off the stock plug from the harness and solder on the different plug as well as extend the wire(s) a bit ...or just wire the fan to a switch, whatever you want to do

cool never knew that about the fan i look into that, and yea Im using the intake and injectors and ecu out of the A6 just using the y7 for the block and head,

could I use the same spark plugs and spark plugs wires from my A6 on the y7

yes u can use the same plugs and wires but i would atleast replace the plugs unless u got some 10 dollar plugs or somthin
