hey i had a UR underdrive pulley for a while sitting my shed for a while and i wanted to put it on. Do i need to buy new belts (iv heard some underdrive pulleyes you dont have too) and i dont need a tool do i? somebody told i would need some honda crank pulley puller or something.

Yes, you will need new belts, and you can remove the pulley most easily with a powerful impact gun.
