a/c condenser
Hey I am a new comer to the import seen, I have owned mustangs my whole life and still have a 87 5.0. but I now see why so many people love there hondas, they take alot of abuse and keep going I have a 93 civic Ex with the 1.6. My a/c condenser has a crack in it and it cant be fixed. I have looked all over for the right condenser. I took one out of another 93 civic lx and the fitting where the high pressure hose hooked on was different. And the the numbers on the top of the condenser are 13 and the one i got off the lx is 14. my question is can i only get a condenser out of another 93 ex with the 1.6L?

I can't answer your question completely. But keep in mind that during this generation of Civic, there was a switch from R12 to R134a. Given the properties of R134a, a more efficient condensor is needed for it to work right. So I would figure the condensor changed along with the refrigerant.
