Default Blower has to come off to get my trans out :(

I just want to confirm that I'm not going nuts.

Car:
1990 CRX with B18C-r /LHT JRSC

It seems as though to get the transmission out of my car I have to take the intake and JRSC out of the car!!! Is there any other way?? It doesn't seem like it. When I disconnect the mounts the engine will not "lean" out of the car enough. The blower and throttle body hit the heater valve (and other stuff). so I have to take the blower off, but to do that in a CRX I have to take the intake off

If anyone has any experience with this setup please let me know.

Did you try and remove the rod that is connected to the cross member up front. Also cant you just remove from the neck portion of the SC foward and not remove the the whole sc
