Default What parts should I get for Timing Belt change?

Well I finally hear the dreaded timing belt rattle at low rpm's and its time to get the belt changed. Does anyone have a parts list or know off the top of their head what I should change while it’s all apart?
I know Im getting the belt, new auto tensioner, and water pump....and I figure ill get a valve adjustment and fresh fluids in everything.

why dont' you just get a manual tensioner ??? anyways

if you do a valve adjustment, might as well get a new gasket set (honda sells it as a package)

some crush washers (since you prolly never changed them anyways and they are cheap)

maybe even some cam seals. other than that, you don't need much. if you are doing it yourself, i would def. recommend you to buy a helms manual. that manual will also tell you which parts to replace / torque specs / detailed writeups on how to do a timing belt job.

you can order directly from honda, or go to helminc.com ??? or google helms manual

there are other ways (i.e pdf files) but honestly, having the manual right there is much better than having it on my laptop or printing out sheets.

there comes a time when you can be cheap and can't. with my information / tools / important car stuff (like a timing belt job) i don't skimp

if you need a complete manual tensioner swap, i know a place that sells the whole kit (there are probably others too)

i just know of this place ( i buy alot of stuff from there). import replacement parts. they have the whole swap kit as well as honda timing belts / water pumps / other stuff

you might wanna try them

Ok cool Im going to get the manual tensioner kit...where can I find the install instructions??
Today I was listening really close to my belt and now im not sure if the rattling i hear is the belt or something else!?! It almost sound like my damn valves are tapping or something...is that what the belt sounds like? It even does it when at idle...kinda like marbles in a can or when u shake up a spray paint can! Is that the normal rattling noise? Im kinda scared now...but if it were bent valves wouldnt it run like crap and loose power??

Timing Belt, drive belts, crank seal, water pump, cam seal, and timing belt tensioner. This was all done on my 5G at 88k.
