D16Y8 pistons in D16Z6 block???

Does anyone know what compression ratio a 10.5:1 piston for a D16Y8 would yield in a D16Z6 block with the stock rods??? Thanks.

if you know the dome and comp height of the piston, you can enter it here: http://www.zealautowerks.com/dseries.html and you'll get an estimate compression ratio.
