Don't matter about the condition (minimal or fixable rust is not an issue). Or mileage. Vehicle must be running and be 100% bone stock. Zero upgrades please.
Location is key, the closer to Canada (Toronto, Ontario) the better. Cheap is key, this vehicule must be on the cheap scale. It will more then likely never see road again, so don't try and sell me your beauties.
