i have a 94 vx with a d15z1 and it has a hesitation low in the rpm range like between 1000 and 2000rpm, when you hit the gas it just has a pause and then it surges and runs awesome just kinda annoying wanted to fix it. its had this problem since i got it i just wanted to try and fix it. last year i changed plugs cap rotor and fuel filter, this year i put a header and intake and new plug wires on it. when i installed the header it seemed a little better but not much. some one please help me!!! the car has 189,000 miles but when its not missing its strong. also like once a month it will not start and i wont hear the fuel pump prime and ill flick the key off on off on a bunch and it will finally start would this be the pump or the relay? thanks justin
