Default J's racing engine torque damper

Just a short question.. anyone using this? the manual's in japanese, and I just want to know which way is to tighten/stiffen and which way to loosen/soften the damping effect.

Should we take it out when adjusting? or leave in on the mount and adjust?

I believe you have to take it out to adjust.

it should be self explaatory where you will see the dampener lengthen and you loose one of the bolts.
