Will this work with a usdm interior?

Will this work with a usdm interior?
I have an EG hatch and I've been told that the gathers rear speaker setups are only for the jdm interiors. however I found this(unfortunately the auction was about to end when I found it)

It looks like it'd fit perfectly because of the speaker covers having what appears to be the same shape as the usdm ones but I want to be sure because this guy says he can get them on a fairly regular basis. and he can hook me up for a good price. I just want to make sure because the seller only says he believes they'll work but not positive(i've learned from past buying experience, not neccesarily just ebay, that a seller will say just about anything to make a sell) so I figured I need to ask.

those ones will fit. i have them.. (they are only available in grey)
do not get them mixed up with these. (only fit with the jdm rear interior)

Yeah I know the flt ones are only for the jdm rear interior. So they'll work, awsome. As far as the grey color...I'll just paint them black to match the rest of the interior. Thanks for the help. 
hey john, are those speakers in the rear deck lid? if so how do you like the way it sounds & what size did you use? I've been told it's too flimsy to support speakers bu have seen a few pix of them there. sick interior with the S2000 seats

yes those are alpine 6x9s, cutting a hole in your lid does make it somehwhat weak,, ive seen tons of people do it.. only time ive seen its way too weak was when my buddy put four 6x9s in the lid. i think my 6x9 sound pretty good..
