I was in the same boat two weeks ago, no one had the donut anywhere, ended up paying $18 to get it from Acura. id give you my old one but no way to get it to you.

here for the S2000 donut, they want $40 sucks. to make it worse, i may order it and it be the wrong part. i can't seem to be able to get more than one person to agree on what part i need

yes the s2000 exhuast donut will work
its slightly bigger, but it works fine

i have it on a profab header which has a 2.5" collector and its barely loose, but once u tighten the cat/test pipe on its snuggg and no exhuast leaks

or you can order 1 from this guy

check your local muffler shop, unless you live in BFE you should be able to find one, just tell them you need a 2.5" lead ring
