the fuel cut off switch is the single most cost effective way to save your car.... i have a friend who put his in an ingenious place in his car.... and it saved his car 3 times... but he crashed it already so meh... but it did save his car.

Yeah, kill switches are great. A great/inexpensive way to protect the car.

Next to nothing if you do them yourself.

All you do for the fuelpump killswitch is splice into the power/ground lines, & run a switch.

YOU MUST GET a 2-way pager alarm (only buy DEI, Python, or Clifford) , have your buddies or a shop do a stealth install where they hide all the wires, also get the following with the alarm:
-glass break sensor (part# DEI 506T)
-backup battery (part# DEI 520T)
-proximity sensor (part# DEI 508D)
-tilt/towing sensor (part# DEI 507T)

Also reroute the hood release cable, fuel pump kill switch wired up only where u know, starter kill switch, and probably anything else u can think of to prevent theft and stuff

2 way pager alarms arent as safe as you think. i used to think that would be all i needed... till a shop showed me how easy it is to disable and take the car without the beeper going off once...

no because if a thief wants someone from you they can take it away from you in matter of seconds..they can always tow your car away. kill switch is only good for the noobs, but i think a professional car theif can find your kill switch. but kill switch always helps a lot because it slows them down. get alarm, wheel club, clutch lock, killswitch and im sure you'll be fine. just pray you have full coverage.

Or you can layer random places that a thief would be putting his hands with razor blades. I lined razor blades all around my sub box on my old car, come out one morning to an open trunk with blood everywhere, but my **** was still there

Actually no, I was kinda scared of getting a lawsuit since crooks can fall through your roof and sue the **** out of ya..... but it was a good idea, I had a couple other friends do it too.

Yeah, things are pretty fucked up when stuff like that happens.

nothing will prevent the tow truck. Espically these new ones that pick a car up in seconds.

You can only hope to prevent the comon thief from getting your car. If they are really a profesional thief you will only slow them down, or **** them off.

Gps tracking, with some sort of earliey warning system. So if your car is moved you would be notified with a phone call. Then you can track your car and go get it backed. Make sure it is installed correctly.

Take the whole ECU out of your car. More than likely they won't have a spare ECU with them. If your car is modded with larger injectors even if they have an ECU with them it won't work in your car.
