Ok d16z6 with 20mm overbore aftermarket rods and complete arp bolt kit,resurfaced head with better springs and retainers. I have clutchmasters clutch and flywheel msd cap with external coil and wires and dc header...{that will change when i boost it} I plan on pushing 7-10 psi of intercooled boost .looking for estimated hp I know i wont know until i dyno it but thats why I said estimated.... looking to put about 225 -250 to the tires

I'm assuming you mean .2mm overbore and if you're doing rods (eagle for your setup) then you should go ahead and get pistons too (arias 9.6:1). Check out rogueworks her on the ht sponsored market place. He'll hook you up big time assuming you don't have these things already. Anyways, the amount of power you receive will depend on what turbo you get, manifold type, diameter of your exhaust, engine management. So decide on that, post it up, then we can get some decently accurate estimates.
