Whenever My brother drives his car, the d4 on the gague cluster starts to blink.. and when his car comes to a complete stop he revs up to drive, and it feels as if the car has no power what so ever (laggy feel) sometimes it studders alittle.. can anyone give me a clue as to what is wrong with his car? thanks
