how do i remove this piece on my 90' integra??

how do i remove this piece on my 90' integra??
it's the a/c fan switch on the dash, next to the climate control. it's stuck and i've looked for screws that could be holding it in and i can't seem to find any
if anyone could point somethin out that i'm missin that'd be great

bumpp, i still can't get the piece out, it's holdin me back on finishing my interior!

you gotta pop off the outer dial and than use a pocket knife or really skinny/flat edge to pop out the rectangular shaped background that has rounded edges. be really careful or you'll destroy som delicate/old plastic piece as I did. After that you'll reveal I think 2 screws

thanks sir, i was rippin at it and finally it popped out and flew in my face outa nowhere. then as light shone through my windows there were 2 screws. i removed them and BAM! my dash looks clean now
