will it jux bolt on like plug n play?

Yes it will fit on with no problem, but you have to either take the styrofoam out or modify it to fit on the 90-91. They are slightly different.

IT WILL NOT BOLT RIGHT ON. You need the bumper reinforments from a 92-93 and you have to modify the foam also.

thats funny I put the newer style bumpers on my girlfriends 91 integra and the existing reinforcements worked just fine, the impact absorber was quite a bit different so I bought the 92 impact absorber and everything bolted up perfect.
