Craftsquare Mirror Problem

Ok, I've had my Craftsquare mirrors for about 3 months now, and just recently at highway speed the driver's side mirror will not stay in place due to the wind. At anything above 120 km/h (~70mph) it just folds right down. Has anyone had this problem, or can anyone offer a way to fix it? I tried tightening the little allen key on the base of the stem, but it didn't do anything.
Any help would be much apprciated!
Thanks,
Tyler

You need to tighten the bottom nut (19mm) - adjust the mirror where you want and then tighten the bottom nut to hold the mirror in place.
I recently had the same problem.

Not sure what 19mm nut you are refering to? The only nut I see is right at the bottom of the stem, where the little ball goes into the socket, but it is only about or 9mm, not 19? Are you refering to one of the nuts intide the door? The part that is loose is the ball is just rotating too freely into the socket.
Is this the same problem you had?
Thanks,

First loosen up the little bolt on the base of the stem with the allen key. Then, tighten the nut where the ball goes into the socket. Make sure this is where you want your mirror to be at. Then finally, tighten up the little bolt.
