Prelude Type S

What are the difference between type s and a normal vtec prelude?? I know that the type s has 20 more hp, but is it because of the engine or the exhaust system?? what are the difference?

They have higher compression pistons and better cam and im not sure what else.

I believe also an upgraded valvetrain, not sure what else.

THe single runner manifold is only for the european accord type r motor.Otherwise,the type s prelude has the dual runner manifold
