come race here:

we will be racing on the east course which is pictured at the top of the image, note that "north" is to the left.

i've never been, but i hear pocono is one of the safest tracks as there are really no walls to hit.

 

yup yup, im there. jsut need friggen brake pads.
stock crap hockey pucks will have to do for now, but brakes will not last..

any ideas, anyone carrying brakes for this damn car yet???

 

how much and do you need any certificates to race or anything? I would be interested. Thanks

I was there on the South Course for a HPD/school event sponsored by PDA last May. One of the drivers in the Advanced group put his Neon ACR into the wall... Hard. But yeah, unless you are doing something dumb near the wall on the big banked turns, there is not much to hit.

How do you sign up for the the May 11 event, and how much is it? Is it a race or a HPD/school/lapping day thing?
