I have a stock OEM ITR Air box back on there right now. I took it off to clean the engine bay to get to the transmission and everywhere underneath the airbox.

oh, and your valve cover ground is in the wrong spot. it's useless where it is. the only metal it makes contact with is the valve cover itself. put it under the stud.
