idk where you're coming from. Its a gsr w/ shaved side molding. If you're trying to make your gsr look like a type r, then you're dum to start with. Shaved side moldings look good, but dont do it just because "Its gonna look like a type R."

Can't anyone spell "dumb"?

It's your car, do what you want. They are seats, and I wouldn't change them unless you go lighter or more comfortable.

Make sure that the work done on shaving those moldings is quality, or else you're going to be upset when it starts to crack where they filled the holes. It's up to you whether you want to put in ITR seats. I don't really think people will see your shaved moldings and think it's a Type-R and then realize it isn't when they look at the seats. No 5-lug, stickers or wing is probably the first thing they'll notice before the moldings or seats. I'd save up and go with Recaro's up front and ITR seats in the rear, but that's just me. I personally want to go red Recaro's up front and CDM red rears in the back, so sexy.

Make it look like a ITR as much as you want, but dear god please don't put the "Integra Type-R" stickers on there. That would be silly

x2
Do what you wish to your GSR. You're the one who'll have to look at it every day. Do what will make you happy and proud of her. Just be careful, the more ITR parts you put on, the more tempting your car is to thieves. As if GSRs weren't stolen or broken into enough.
Whatever you decide, post pics

No it's not.

Don't keep telling yourself that, and invest in some good security. Good security can only delay them, but if they have long enough, it'll be gone. There was a guy on here not to long ago that had his garage broken into and his Integra stolen out of it in broad daylight in a "safe" neighborhood.

As long as you still have the moon-roof you will fool nobody into thinking it is an R. I think you should shave the side (for personal preference), and try a lot of different seats out and decide which one you want.

you beat me too it. Removing and filling in your sunroof should be your first project if you want to look like a type r

And that's not even worth it. At least IMHO. I mean....hell...if its hot and you can roll back the sun roof...why the hell not??? Sure you got A/C and all....but maybe its just me liking the fact that there's this hole in my roof that I can use to chuck a burning cigarette and some snot rags at this ******* that's tailgating me

or you could sell ur car instead of wasting $ converting to an R and buy a real R. Even if you think you did a 100% conversion, you cant because the frame itself is different, has stronger reinforcements on certain spots on the frame.

True, buying one would be saving a lot of time. But if someone really really really really really wanted to do it...I'm sure they could. Only problem is the V.I.N number Can't "clone" that
