Default Car bogging

I recently installed an obd-1 b16 into my crx, it runs great but has one issue, after long drives about 45min to an hour the car feels like it looses a significant amount of power at and past 3k rpm, in fact it is reluctant to even rev past 3k rpm you must floor the throttle and just wait. It only does this after it has been ran for a long time. The car will start to slightly smell of gas as well anybody have any idea of what this could be???

The car starts to smell like gas
the temp gauge stays steady does not move
There is no smoke
The idle is a little high always about 1200rpm
oil and coolant are fine
I am not throwing any codes
and i got the motor from japandirect a reputable company

Getting enough fuel?, maybe fuel pump going out possible?, what gas are you using in your b16a?. You know, mine kinda does that after a long hot day of driving and occasionally punching it, and pretty much my clutch is about fried.

Well your clutch does heat up a bit after driving for a while or getting on it alot, thats what that lag might feel like.

Could be your cat. Do you also detect the faint odor of rotten eggs?

Well i see 2 problems with your suggestions guys, 1 i dont have a cat, i replaced it with a resonator from ebay, and 2 it is a stage 3 clutch master clutch which i installed with the motor swap also, if the clutch was slipping my motor would still rev, however it does not it just feels like an old v8 dog and does not want to rev at all while under load. I also just noticed that my vtec engages even tho i dont have a oil pressure sensor, so does that mean my ecu is chipped??? if so it could be my ecu then right???

well.IMO if it smells like gas then its not ur ecu. i would go withthe fuel preassure regulator. idk. what do you think?

EDIT.. also check ur spark plugs to see if there is anysigns of it running to rich.

well yes but the car does not want to rev at all past 3k after it's hot, once it cools down it is perfectly fine, the o2 is brand new as of last month I am really leaning towards the coil, how do i change it is it right behind the distributor cap

O thats easy bro, just take off the dizzy cap and it should be right on top, looks like a black square pack basically, a coil pack, lol and should be 4 tiny little screws holding it on, take them off carefully without losing them to take the coil pack out and your done.
