Default 91 Acura Intergra wont start on the first 3 tries. Looking for answers.

my acura wont start on the first 3 or 4 tries when it has been sitting for awhile. I have to turn the ignition on then back off then on ETC. until it finally starts with no problems. has a new fuel filter and new timing belt (was doing the problem before the new timing belt was installed) new head gasket and new cap and roter. Can any help with some suggestions. Note: Sometimes it will start on the first try with no problem like the problem is not there.

Yeah, depending on the tempature of the interior of your car, that very well could be the problem. I have a 91 as well, and I had to replace mine not to long ago. Kind of a pain to get to though.
