Default 94integ gear scraping while shifting at high revs into 3rd

Why is my gears scraping when I am punching the car at high revs somtimes While going into 2nd all the time into 3rd

the clutch has 2000 miles on it

LS or GSR...I belvie it is because the lubricant cannot do its job that fast therefore leaving you with metal on metal...I could be abosoutley wrong and my spelling suck so sorry!! Noobs FTW!!!

make sure when you're shifting fast the clutch is all the way in when you shift. If it still does it. then I'd change the transmission fluid. that helps out alot. You might also look into stepping upto some Syncromesh. Search more on it. Its been talked about many times.

My integra started donig that and not too long after I needed/ need a new clutch.

How many miles on clutch?

Also check your clutch fluid resevoire it could be empty. if it is fill it up see if the problem goes away. If it does you will still need a new clutch soon.

^^ Thats what i was saying they just grind on each other because the tran fluid cant lube them up enough! STD FTW!!

if the synchros arent good, then the gears will grind because the next gear wont slow down to the right speed, and youll be forcing two gears moving at different speeds to engage.
