Default Main relay

Ok so i tore apart the itnerior to replace it with black and also add a feul cut off. I did not run the switch right and now im having problems. The car cranks but i dont hear fuel pump or anything. Also i checked all the fuses and wiring after replacing the dash, the ac works and so do all my lights but my cluster doesnt light up when i turn the key and also no clock or windows. I think it might be a main relay but i just took it out of the housing and all solder points seem strong?? I hope i didnt mess anything up bad.

Thanks for the help

heres how to tell if its the main relay: when you turn the key to ON, the CEL will light up for 2 seconds, then turn off. right when it turns off you will hear the relay click. if you do not hear it click, then dont even bother trying to start the car; the fuel pump isnt getting juice. i couldnt hear the fuel pump in my DA, because of the obnoxious loud antenna motor. but on those hot days, where my interior was about 120 degrees, i knew my car wasnt gonna start, and i would turn the key and the relay wouldnt click, and then started the long, boring process of... sitting and waiting for the thing to work. expletive main relays; mine went bad 2 months after replacing it with a new one

i honestly dont know what to tell you about the lights. when my relays didnt feel like working, everything was perfectly normal except the fuel pump of course.

The main relay only controlls the fuel injection

so your ignition "joint" made the fuel pump not work?
