http://www.slhondaparts.com to find the right part number and price at dealer.
Junkyard or classifieds to buy it used, then I would assume take it to the dealer for the immobilizer stuff.

Yea, P5M. Be careful not to get 97-98 ecu and run in 99-01 car. I forgot what the problem, but basically you can't start the car everytime you fill the gas. Trust me, I ran with 97 ecu in my 99 car before, and I could not figure out wth wrong until somebody posted in here. Try ebay.

No, that is a '96 ECU.

He needs a P5M, from a '99 model year. '97 and '98 ECUs lack proper emissions controls for '99+ and the car will choke on startup after you fill the fuel tank.

If you already have an auto P5M, just convert it to manual. Hondata won't work on a P5M anyway. You would need a OBD-1 P72 for that.

Hondata is not compatible with the P13. You can run the H22A4 with a obd-2 to obd-1 conversion harness and an obd-1 P72. You just need to tune it for the H22.
