hey fellas, i'm trying to adjust the timing on my 1990 integra. instructions say to jump the ecu connector. i have done this before on my 1998 integra and it worked fine, the CEL light stayed on as it should. but when i do the same on the 90, the CEL light just turns off normally even thought the connector is jumped using a paperclip. any ideas? am i doing this correctly?

 

probably not..mine's pretty picky and the paperclip has to be in right for it to jump. just keep messing with it and try different pins
