Where are all teh ground points?
use your current wire harness, connect the grounds the exact same place on the new engine.
or are you asking where to wire the ground? pretty much any structural part of the car, unibody, core support, any ground wire(usually black), etc...

There is a wire that goes from teh tranny to the frame?

and the wire from the tranny to the frame to the negative terminal on the battery
also there is a ground by the thermostat housing a 10 mm bolt
