Parts work together. To see any improvement worth your time you will need a header with at least a 2.25in collector(assuming you are running stock engine), a new cat( carsound), and a axleback. As for the header itself, search around for what meets your needs.

I had headers on my car with the stock exhaust (plus a muffler). Then took off the headers and put the stock exhaust on. Noticed no difference except for the sound was maybe a little different.

Okay first off, you people are driving Honda's therefore it's A HEADER not headers. Sorry but that bugs the **** out of me.

So true

If your only willing to spend $200 then don't even bother it will just be a waste of money. I personally like RMF, Toda, DTM but your looking at at least $500 if they are used. New, your going to pay $900 and up. But like already stated, if you are going all motor you NEED a good header.

There's a writeup I think on here that shows how crappy ssac headers actually are. Like how the metal is paper thin, poor weld job, it rusts, flange broke off, etc.

And if the one for the sr20 is really that awesome, I'm sure you'll have a blast hooking that right up to your honda.

Well then why don't you say something more specific then refer to a nissan part like it will work on this guys integra. And I don't think I need to go to college to understand dumb people, I can do that just fine. I am going to college for something else but thanks for the support.

try the market place, i remember seeing some profab header that i am also thinking of purchasing. they have reviews of it from customers and i think the hp increase. they look dam better than dc headers. you will have to fork over 500-600 bucks. but thats shipping included so its not to bad for a good quality header or so i hear.
