WHY DOES NO ONE THAT IS NEW AND COMES INTO THE ACCORD SECTION SEARCH????? It is right there at the upper right of your screen just type in H22 and you can get all the information about it for your car.

F20B/F20A were j-spec motors
Not sure if the EuroR was a jdm car or european (ahh all these specs flow outta my brain from time to time), but it was powered by an h22a.

I thought it was 220ps? 220ps = 217hp.

H22A Dohc Vtec 220hp, SIR/Type-R JDM
wasn't it the h23a dohc vtec that was throwing down 220 hp...and the h22a was only throwin down 200...well that's the american versions anyways...maybe it's different in japan!

Actually, I think the USDM H22's are 190 or 195. The JDM is 200. And the H23 VTEC is 220ps or 217hp. I think thats how it is. But I could always be wrong.

the H23A VTEC only puts out 200 hp...its in a wagon..not a sports car

by the way, before we get into an argument about hp and ps rating...

i think it is safe to say hp can equal ps...because honda rates most their engines to the nearest 5 hp...meaning 220 ps equals 217.89 hp or some **** like that...but really does it matter? if it came to america it would probably be 220 hp

on the Euro site the F23A1 has 150 ps...go figure
