im only 17,and i got my first crx 2 years ago. started builing it, i had a jdm sohc zc with the jdm tranny, and i was about to turbo it when i noticed it had frame damage. that sucked so i bought a 89 civic shell swaped my motor into it and i planed on getting a eg so i sold it, and needless to say i didnt get the eg. soooo i finally got another crx(my favorite car) and here it is it is a bare shell right now but i only paid 100 bux for it with a clean title. i just got a ej coupe dd and as soon as i sell it im getting a b16 swap and the jdm crx front end from hmotorsonline.com. so then the body will be complete and it will be running. but here are pics.

You have started out good. And I cannot believe what i heard when you said you were 17 and you are going with a JDM front clip...most teenagers what to rice it out with a bodykit. Congrats kid on the car, Great find for 100 bucks. With alittle bit of alowance money in her and you will have one nice *** ride.

yeah the body dosent have a dint or rust in it anywhere

and i am not a ricer i aint gonna ruin a car with a body kit

 

and i am getting the swap and the body panels cause i can tfind a place to sell the front clip with the body panels and headlight. and i prolly wouldent be able to afford it all at one time

areed my crx was also the best $100 dollars ive ever spent and now she is my child. lmao nothing will take her from me. Just dont do like me and sell your first car that you put everything into, or else you regret it everyday you see some A** hole driving it. Good luck on the build.

 

Get some JDM fenders, front end, hood and headlights and ur good to go I guess. Bit at a time...

 

yep, a bit at a time the suspension is for the most part one, except i will eventually get better coilovers. but it has integra xsi rear disc conversion. and i will also get anti sway bars and **** but it has stock ones. but i plan to do the swap within the next 2-3 months atleast, then i will buy the jdm front end shortly after that.

and yes this was the best 100 ive spent. and i agree i sold my first crx and missed it and then i sold my civic and almost cried, lol. but i wont sell this one if i have too, cause they are getting to hard to find these days.

If ur on a budget, you may just wanna get a B16 from HMO and get some usdm parts for the front end. You'll get raped just cause it says "JDM" in the part #...

 

thanks guys. the front end isnt to exspensive but i will have to save a little for it. but i think i will just order it from hmo, after i buy the swap and complete the swap. but i will have some updates for yall soon hopefully if i can get my 94 coupe dd sold i think i will post it for sale on here soon. keep the coments comin thanks
