Oil Pan Gasket ?
you definately need to change it, there not that expensive when you do it yourself, if theres a honda slavage yard around you , you can get a used on or just go to your honda dealership to buy one.
If you are just replacing the gasket it is hard to get off. I had to take mine to a machine shop to get the old one off. Oil pans used or new are expensive. Make sure you put the sealants on right (around the crankshaft guides) or you will be having another leak.
Replacing the gasket is an easy task. drain your oil then Take your cat conv off so you can remove your oil pan. remove the shield on the tranny that covers the 2 oil pan bolts, then remove all the other oil pan bolts. take your old gasket off and trash it. check the oil pan and make sure you dont have any cracks in it and make sure it didnt get banged out of shape. USE A NEW OIL PAN GASKET!!! Also, use honda bond between every other dimple on the oil pan so everything seals up nicely especially near the tranny on the right side. when you put the oil pan back on, you have a certain pattern you should follow when putting the bolts back on. i recommend buying a honda factory manual or the helms. it will explain this process for you. if i had my book with me i would scan this section to you and email it, but unfortunately it is back home 3hrs away. good luck.
