Default B16 swap crazy idle help (yep i searched)

I have a b16 swap in a 00 civic ex everything is wired up and pluged up i don't have many vacumes but the ones i do have i checked. Now my car starts fine but after like a second it will idle up to 3 grand and who knows how high it will go. I don't because i turn it off before it gets any higher. So my question is what will make a car rev so high on its own? I also noticed that one of my coolant hoses was to short and leaking coolant do u think that could be it? Heres a video of what the car is doing sorry for such a short vid digi cam batterys died...

iacv (idle air control valve) should be on the back of the intake manifold.

also, check and make sure you throttle is closing all the way and that the throttle cable isnt to tight.

i bet if u can get it to run for a while, it might fix itself.

it sounds like a funky iacv. let it idle. see if it can clear itself up. is the iacv plugged in? somtimes its easy to get the EVAP and iacv plugs backwards.

its fine it it idles or revs up. just shut it down if it gets going crazy like 6000-7000rpm.
