need wiring help

if i have a dpfi that is obd0 and im putting in a mpfi that is obd2 in a 90 civic hb what would i have to do to the wiring harness

multi port wiring, and the obd2 coversion, check out rywire.com they can help you out with it

You can put a OB2 motor in but I'd suggest stay OBD0 or converting to OBD1 should be plenty of write ups on OBD0-OBD1 conversiona and the DPFI to MPFI, check out the stickys at the top of the thread
