Anytime I'm driving my 93 Si (more on start-up than anything) when the clutch is NOT engaged I get this constant squealing noise. But even when I barely push in the clutch it will stop. Any ideas?

 

I had the same thing but 2 different squeeling noises. I changed my belts and that helped but I get the same squeeling noise when the car is cold and I keep the clutch engaged. I have a 98 Prelude. Wierd. Im just gonna drive it till it blows up.

its probably the throwout (clutch release) bearing

apparently you dont need to change it, i'd like to though because its so annoying

 

It VERY annoying. Nothing like seeing a hot chick walk by your car and you have such an annoying sound under the hood.

Anyone else have any ideas though?
