can anyone help me take off my top speed limiter for my 02 rsx-s?

What would a 'Governor' speed limiter have anything to do with RPM's?

You dont need to remove your cut out. Its there for a reason.

 

i thought that it limits ur rpm..not being able to run over redline? cuz my car over revs at alittle after seven. i should be able to go further..
