Default Is it possible to have a blown headgasket and perfect compression?

I just did a compression test and my numbers were 300 psi in all cylinders, but I was just wondereing if it was at all possible to have ablown head gasket and still have high compression test numbers. Ive not overheated at all, maybe im paranoid. Im running ctr pistons in a b18c1 block with b16 head. The reason im concerned is my over flow bottle had some dirt, No oil and tiny pieces of red things floating around. These red things were flimsy not hard, almost like pieces if red cloth. The only thing Ive used thats red was redline water wetter.

If you had a blown gasket, you would lose compression in at least one piston. If you got 300 psi on all four pistons, your gasket is good.

maybe he has really high compresion pistons and lots of carbon stuck on it to make up for the rest?
