Default No spark on B18cR...

I just swapped my 96 B18cR into my 99 civic hatch, and no im not getting spark. Are there ANY sensors that must be working/reading in order for the dizzy to fire? Are there any major grounds for the dizzy that i may be overlooking? Im using a cx harness form the original D16y7. Anyone with this scenario???

what ecu are you using? if you try to use the ecu from the 96 spec r, it wont work, you need an obd2b ecu or an obd2b->obd2a conversion harness. the main grounding points are the valve cover, tranny, and thermostat housing.
