I tried the search and couldn't find anything pertaining to my problem so any help would be appreciated. I recently did a bseries swap into a 91 si hatch and converted to obd1 using the jumper harnesses (NO CEL) and yes the bulb is in there. The problem is when I'm in neutral the car will rev throughout the rpms no problem, once I'm driving it feels like it hits rev limit @ 4 grand and won't go any higher. I've changed ecu's and dizzys and no luck. TIA - poke.
