check if your axles are in properly, if not then i would say pull it apart and take a look at the clutch.
if it was leaking im pretti sure you would see it. check your clutch fluid, and push the clutch in and out when you are sitting still. if its leaking you should see a lot of fluid falling out of your car.
if it goes into gear it sounds like your synchros are fine.

If its not the axle then ur gonna have the same problem i had. It was a peice that was broken inside the tranny. I had to open up the tranny and reinstal the new peice. It costs $60 but if had to go to a shop and let them open it up it would get price.

It took me a while because first i dropped the tranny and changed the clutch. We thought it might be the clutch. Sooo we replaced the clutch and put it back together. Test drove it and nothing no gears at all.

So we dropped the tranny again and my bro took it to his school(UTI) and they opened it there and founf that a part that shifts the gears in and out was craked in half. So i bought the new peice and replaced it and Yup that was the problem.

But now when i try to shift fast from 1-2 it makes a funny noise. And also when i put it in reverse it sumtimes grinds.

Well yea it could be this but IDK it might also be your axle like previously said.
