Default 1/4 Times from weekend-DC4 B20/vtec!!!!

So my local track just started offering times and lights for the friday night racing which used to be someone throwing up there arms and dropping them.. So I decided I go and run my Integra for the first time.. The setup is a b20z stock bottom with a stock GSR-Ebay intake-DC 4-2-1 stock exhaust-Chipped p28-ITR LSD-B16 tranny-7lb flywheel and Stg. 2 clutch-- Here are my slips--These were on street tires with tires at max psi launching around 4500-5000 not slipping the clutch. Im No. 619

Obviously me 60ft is killing me any threads or posts that i can read also what do you think my time would be if I got my 60ft around 2.0??? Thanks for looking

That is what I was thinking--I know if I could get my 60ft down with some practice I could probably pull a 14.5 or so.. Hoping with all my new bolt on to break a 13.9 with drag radials!!!

your times are similar to mines. i have a DC GSR with some bolt ons on street tires running 9.6s and 9.7s on street tires. put on some slicks or drag radials and expect low 14s

i thought that max psi in a street tire wasnt a good idea?
i allways let some air of my tires..(i thought it worked better/ or maybe just me?)
is it right?

try street tires on like 22psi first, keep dropping it to around 18 or so if you arent making improvements in the 60fts. also see if you can get some heat into the tires

Yeah there was tons of slip in first but not to bad in second the tires were on max psi.. So you recommend turning the psi down to 18-22 psi... Also I heard that there was no point to burnout with street tires???

You dont use the burnout box with street tires, just do a dry burnout before staging up.

Plop in some 404's and perhaps the cheapo JRSC LS kit and you could be looking at some mid 13's.
