like it says i want a 92-95 civic EX has to be an EXor have power windows dont car about sun roof or anything like that just the windows. i have cash in hand i want a clean car that is pretty quick not insane but would be ok. i would like the car to be at least a 13sec car on motor and if its boosted then mid 12's please thanks for lookin and please bump
