sup guys i was wondering wheres the correct placemnt for these.. i know the suction cupped one goes on the rear windshield.. where does the magnetic one go

Man if any one from Japan saw your cars with these on them they would make fun of you, It either means NEW DRIVER or ELDERLY DRIVER. I know in Canada there is new driver stickers, I wonder if thats "cool" in Japan.
