I found this ad on a local message board and I was wondering if they would work ok in my 98 GSR?? And would it make any difference from the stock cams on a GSR??

I am selling a pair of AEM Tru-Time Cam Gears. These are used and in excellent condition. These came off of a 2000 Honda Civic Si but will fit all B Series DOHC Vtec Engines. $85

I will be at my storage building on Saturday and Sunday if you would like to come look. The storage building is located on

 

Cam gears arn't the same as camshafts.

 

So would it make sense to buy these to put them on my GSR?

 

camgears?..camshafts?..2 different things buddy,if tuned correctly it would make a little diff with stock cams, but with aftermarket?...even better...
or its just like headers...goes really well with a highflow cat

 

gears is purely cosmetics without tuning...plus why buy cam gears without cams shaft...
