i got offered some s2k seats for $400.00 a pair (stolen) EDIT: im guessing there stolen cuz there cheap. i want to get em but i want to know if i need different rails, or if they drop rite in or what? thanks

well thats why we all have insurance. no 1 wants their car stolen but if it happens o well. i dont know who's car they broke into to take the seats so doesnt matter to me. im the 1 that wants the seats. and he didnt tell me they were stolen, im jus guessing they are cuz he selling them for $400.

And yes $400 is the going rate for stolen S2K seats.

hey guys, there's a prelude in miami that will have some s2k seats soon

i think someone should reclaim them in the name of evidence

s2k seats are outragously expensive, and seeing how "easy" they are to aquire.

You are aiding him in his theft by finishing the deal for him... the reason he stole them in the first place was to sell them to some dishonest enthusiast such as yourself. Do the right thing, or we'll all man together and steal your ****.

Its just as illegal to recieve stolen property as it is to steal it in the first place...might as well go get some your self and get them for free you peice of ****!

 

well i love the look of s2k seats, since the topic is up, do they fit into a 5th gen. also my input you shouldn't buy those seats my si was stolen last year i will kill someone if i see them drivin around wit my retro'd hid head lights. boo to u sir

But not at the cost of one's conscience, say no to stolen parts!

 

ive had really good guys offer me parts hella cheap that werent stolen. hell i sold a brand new jdm h22 dizzy for $20 to a guy i knew. it wasnt stolen...
whos to say that this guy selling the seats wrecked his s2000 or even got some racing seats and needs some quick cash so is letting them go for cheaper then he normally would. ive done it... hell i sold 2 speakers for 150 a piece when i wasnt strapped for cash and then i needed cash fast and sold the 3rd one for 50.
there are always alternative stories... dont be so quick to judge people.
if the guy is shady then i wouldnt do it, but you never know if he is honestly just trying to sell some seats he has..

Yea I say get the seats because if you don't someone else will. So might as well. Not saying it is the right thing to do but I would buy it too.

Someone did offer them to me for $400 about 4 months ago which I declined, that's why I commented at all about this thread.

You know it's wrong, and you're an adult, so do whatever you're going to do.

I'm just glad we live on opposite sides of the country.

But to respond to your sarcasm, I'm sorry that everyone has been scolding you and not responding to the topic of your thread. They won't drop in, it'll require some modification. It's nothing a power drill and a metal bit and some brackets can't do.

No one would have judge you if you wouldn't have said that you didn't care that they were stolen..

^^When you say stuff like that then you desrive to be judge and quickly and harshly..


Also, if those seats could be traced back to the car they were stolen from (if they were stolen) then you're screwed.. It's called "aiding and a beading" (sp?), and you'll be subject to plenty just like he would, even though you didn't steal them.

It's not worth it to me..
