Use a dremel tool or cutting wheel and cut off the offending bolt.
Remove valve cover and you'll see that it's easy to unscrew and replace.

Which one was damaged? -One of the inner 4 studs or outer 4?

-Inner stud part number (longer one) : $4.33 from our local Honda dealership
I don't have a short stud part number, but it shouldn't be hard to get by calling your Acura dealer parts dept and asking for it.

i have the b18b, i think there is only 2 inner ones, it was an inner one though, anyways, i used a grinder to get it off, and suck that grommet piece back in and zip tied it right now...its not leaking oil.
are you referring to the studs that stick up from the valve cover? usually if you over tighten the nut... it will strip or break the stud tip. just take off the valve cover and youll notice that you can easily replace the stud.
