Default when i turn hard, like sharp turn at 20 mph i hear some metal scraping

could this be the rotor dust guard ? but it doesnt do it driving stright?

Could be the rotor shield but it that the real reason?
Could be bad bearing in your hub. I would check it out quick as if it goes while you are driving you could lose a wheel.

wait i forgot to remove one of the dust covers on the axel side of the bearing ..... you think that would do it ?
