Default Went from an NSX to........ a Civic SI

Hi folks. I just picked up my 2006 Honda Civic SI w/navi on Sunday. After waiting for a couple of months to test drive the SI, my local dealership finally got one. Funny thing is, I just sold my 1997 NSX-T last weekend. Reason for selling the NSX; my company moves to a different city and I have to take public transportation now. I do not want to rack on the miles as well as parking in the parking lot of the transit station.

Long story short, I go out to the dealership with an open mind. I look at the price and with a 30k and some change. The car was marked up over 6k. So I told the guy I rather just get an S2000 for that price. Although I owned an S2000 before, I would not mind it again. So after many hours at the dealership, I got the price down to about MSRP (A little lower actually), with some cool extras.

Overall impresion so far, fun car for a little over 20k. Definately a less attention-getter compared to my previous cars; although some preludes/civics did rev on me right as I exited the dealership. Waiting for the break-in to be over with so that I can vtec it a bit.

Im trying not to mod the car since this will be a commuter, but already reading about different intakes/exhausts/headers. Very tempting.....Parts sure are cheaper compared to the NSX/S2000.

Cliffs: Sold my NSX a week ago. Mysteriously get a call from the dealership after trying to test drive one since December. Test drove the car, mark up was over 6k. Brought the price down to a little under MSRP. Bought the car and am having fun without hurting the pockets.
