New Windshield 96-00
Well, a truck kicked up a foreign object and busted my windshield so I need a new windshield. So get a stinking windshield then you are probably saying. Well, I know that not all windshields are created equal. In my experience some are more brittle and prone to cracking than other that is why I generally go with OEM or PPG replacment windows, but I was curious if anyone was running a "tinted" windshield? A windshield with a tinted gradient near the top to help reduce glare. I commute into the sun M-F, so this would be a nice bonus in my new windshield.
Thank you,
Thank you,
one of my friends got something thrown at her on the freeway and shattered her windshield...
her stock one had what your talking about.. that blue tint along the top to help with glare..
she got an oem windshield thru insurance and it had it on there as well... it was for a 97 coupe ex

Had a bit of an accident a while back that killed my winshield. Got a new one installed for 100 all together locally
Had the blue tint up top, I still like it
